The WCO announces that ChecktoCashup Ltd. is now IPM Connected

The World Customs Organization (WCO) is pleased to welcome ChecktoCashup Ltd. within its global network of track & trace and authentication solutions interfaced with IPM.

By joining the WCO's global network of track & trace and authentication solutions, ChecktoCashup Ltd.  is now officially IPM Connected and is working with the WCO in its on-going effort to combat illicit trade and the growing threat it poses to our society and economy.

ChecktoCashup Ltd. is an Estonian company founded in 2012 with its headquarters in Tallinn and has spent the next three years developing its patented methods of authenticity protection.

Protection against counterfeiting and providing a guarantee of authenticity is one of the greatest challenges for every manufacturer or rights holder. To meet this challenge ChecktoCashup Ltd. has created a new approach in protection and identification of product and documentation authenticity and has developed a number of products to meet different market requirements.

ChecktoCashup makes use of a unique solution patented in the major markets of counterfeit products: European Union, Russia, USA, Canada, China, India and others. The system has been developed with online application capabilities, both with the use of a computer and free mobile app available for Android, Windows and iOS. These solutions are seamlessly integrated into contemporary corporate accounting and control systems and allow not only authenticity check, but tracing of the product, meeting different requirements of data provision directives, especially in the EU as well as wealth of other applications.

ChecktoCashup solutions, interfaced with IPM brings a reliable on-line tool for rights holders to combat counterfeiting as  it enables on-line data exchange with field Customs officers without any special and expensive equipment. Using a mobile device, field Customs officers, via the IPM application, can instantly verify a product's authenticity simply by scanning the square code on a product or its packaging.

The WCO encourages all databases, sources of information, authentication or traceability solutions which could help Customs officers in their fight against counterfeiting to interface with IPM and become IPM Connected.
