The WCO announces that Kezzler AS is now IPM Connected
The World Customs Organization (WCO) officially welcomes Kezzler AS and its authentication solution into the IPM Connected programme.
IPM is the WCO's online tool to combat counterfeiting. This tool enables rights holders faced with counterfeiting of their brands, to exchange information in real-time with field Customs officers. Kezzler AS is a global leader in serialization technologies and services within brand protection, consumer engagement and track & trace. Kezzler has integrated it`s software solution with IPM to collaborate in fighting counterfeit products.
Customs authorities that use IPM can now instantly verify the authenticity of products of brand owners using Kezzler's technology platform for serialization. Scanning the secure "2D barcode" provided by Kezzler, the Customs officer can validate the authenticity of the products immediately.
Kezzler offers a variety of services related to their serialization platform, either for Brand Protection, Consumer Engagement or Track & Trace related to the same UiD. This means that with one code on the product, brand owners can fulfil their own needs and requirements in a variety of solutions, but at the same time increase efficiency and secure the work of WCO to combat illicit trade.
